Description

AI helps draft, edit, organize, stylize, or distribute ideological statements, manifestos, scripts, or public messaging.

Rationale

Manifesto development with AI assistance is a historically significant pre-attack behavior. Several real-world mass violence perpetrators produced AI-assisted manifestos or communications prior to attacks. AI makes manifesto production faster, more polished, and more ideologically organized, which may accelerate pathway movement from ideation to action.
