Assess whether AI validates, escalates, repeats, organizes, or strengthens harmful thoughts, grievances, self-justifying beliefs, or rigid narratives.

Assess whether AI interaction appears to trigger, intensify, validate, organize, or co-create unusual beliefs, delusional themes, paranoia, or other clinical vulnerabilities.

Assess whether AI supports ideological hardening, extremist narratives, dehumanization, target selection, or moral justification for harm.

Assess whether AI use has moved from ideation or grievance into practical preparation, research, optimization, or operational support.

Assess whether the person has developed hostile fixation on AI, AI companies, AI infrastructure, technology leaders, or public officials linked to technology deployment.

Assess whether AI interaction is connected to self-harm, suicide ideation, suicide planning, self-neglect, hopelessness, or perceived AI-directed death themes.

Assess whether AI interaction is connected to targeted violence ideation, grievance, leakage, planning, fixation, or mobilization.

Document factors that reduce concern, support intervention, or provide practical management options.

Document the quality, limits, and ethical constraints of the information available.
