Rationale
No single evaluator has expertise across all the domains relevant to AIR-SPJ: clinical psychiatry, threat assessment, AI systems, cybersecurity, forensic practice, and ethics. Identifying when specialist consultation is needed — and documenting that recommendation — is an ethical and professional obligation, not an admission of inadequacy.
